My school has purchased the product but I want several teachers from the same school to have access to it. How do I do this?

If several teachers want to use the Let’s Do It resources, the easiest thing to do is send a list of names and e-mail addresses of each teacher to the following e-mail address: info@onlinetheatreexperience.com. We will register them in the system with their own username and password.

How much time do I have to use the product?

Depending on the plan you choose, you will have 1 month (LITE Plan), 3 months (TEAM Plan) or 12 months (PLUS Plan), from the date of purchase, to view the product(s). If you need to postpone the activation date please contact us.

Do I have to pay at the time of ordering?

No. If you can’t pay for the product before using it due to your school’s payment policy please contact us and we’ll explain which steps to follow.

What are the payment options?

You can pay for the product either by bank transfer or credit/debit card. If you pay by bank transfer please send proof of payment to our email address: info@onlinetheatreexperience.com.

 

I've been locked out of the site. What should I do?

Sometimes if you enter your password incorrectly too many times the page may get blocked and your access will be restricted. In this case please contact us by email, phone or Whatsapp and we will unlock it for you.

I have problems with the sound. It keeps playing the first scene and won't let me listen to the second scene. What do I do?

In each scene there is a toolbar at the bottom of the screen. On the left side of the toolbar is an audio button where you can turn the sound of each scene on or off.

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

In the user’s area you can reset your password by clicking on the link: Forget your password?

Where can I find the supplementary material?

Once you are on the product page click on the link at the top of the page “Download supplementary material”.

I've paid for the product. Why haven't I received it yet?

Once you receive the booking confirmation by email, you’ll be able to access the product from the date of activation by logging in with the email and password you created when you made the purchase in the user’s area or by clicking on this link:https://onlinetheatreexperience.com/en/private-area/
